I had never heard of Charles Kirk prior to his assassination. Upon hearing I did search out and watch that horrible video. As a retired ER doc I have never seen anything like this video.That such a weapon exists is frightening. We should start with a ban on assault rifles at political events!

Delightful Valentine’s Day with Amy Nelson in Tucson. Beautiful weather. Walked Easting the dog in Reed Park then brunch at 5 Points restaurant.

I predate the Haemophilus vaccine. We would lose up to three babies a winter from meningitis in the Frisco ER. I remember their parents shock and grief. This stopped in 1989 with the vaccine. This breaks my heart. Vaccines are sacred.
