I read something somewhere that talked about how much stress we all take on. It suggested that we “just carry today,” those things we can deal with in the moment. That’s my new mantra.

Obviously, some days are easier than others.

I just wonder how others cope on the more difficult days. How do you find your smile? I won't turn away from the news, I feel it's our duty to stay informed, but also take care of ourselves & find (& hold onto) balance and hope.

Any ideas to share?
