🚑 FY26 Budget Highlight - $122k for Willingboro! In the FY26 state budget, Carol, Balvir and I were proud to secure $122,000 in funding for Willingboro Township’s Emergency Medical Services. These dollars will go directly toward purchasing life saving equipment such as CPR devices and stretchers.

We launched this year’s program with stops at Clara Barton Elementary in Bordentown, Riverfront School in Florence, and Burlington City High School, distributing 375 meals to families.

On Friday, we kicked off our 6TH YEAR of “Senator Singleton’s Summer Lunch” Tour! What an incredible journey this has been - from a COVID response supporting small businesses and addressing food insecurity to now being a cornerstone of our summer community outreach.

…Moorestown, Monday – Friday from 9am-5pm. We will have a donation bin in our lobby through Wed, Aug 13th. Donations can also be dropped off at Burlington County offices and libraries. Thank you for helping kids in our communities get set up for a successful academic year!

September will be here before we know it! That is why I am partnering with the Burlington County Commissioners and Sheriff’s Office to collect new school supplies and backpacks for Burlington County kids in need. Donated items can be dropped off at my office, 400 North Church Street, Suite 260..

Ahead of the 4th of July celebrations today, last night was Mount Laurel’s 2nd Fireworks and First Responders Night! It was the perfect opportunity for Carol, Balvir and I to highlight the $200,000 we secured in the FY26 budget for equipment for Mount Laurel’s police and first responders.

Let’s commit ourselves to that effort. I am incredibly proud to represent this town, which embodies patriotism, civic pride, and community. Shout out to Mayor Jim Quinn and the entire 4th of July Committee!

Assemblywoman Carol Murphy, Majority Whip and Balvir Singh. This long-standing and cherished tradition is a beautiful reminder of what makes this community so special. It also reminds us that our imperfect nation still has work ahead to truly be a “more perfect union”.
