I gave up on Beloved a quarter of the way in. The Hate U Give is on my list to read.

Curiosity was so helpful with weaving today he rode the right treadle on my Union rug loom up and down with his big, heavy head. He was so close he had a fair bit of weft dropped on him too. He's the best studio companion.

Knocked out 6 inches on a clasped weft rug. I'm going for a rainbow bit of rocky mountains with a starry night sky look. Curiosity naturally helped and fetched dropped supplies from under the loom.

So what are we using to video edit now? CapCut was hands down the best.

It is no CapCut that is killing me. No making Curiosity videos if I can't video edit.

I'm not sure what Amazon was thinking with this box. It could hold 6 bags of dog food. It easily holds the dog food and my 90 pound schnauzer. What am I supposed to do with this much cardboard box? Why not just put a shipping label on the dog food bag?!?

Solid 4 star tea. Coconut overpowers everything else, but it's good and plesantly sweet. Excellent for the price point.

Colorado here. Losing entire towns isn't new to us. Apocalyptic, yes. New? Worse? Doesn't feel like it.

It's not much worse. This loom is 24" wide, and I'm doing little 5" wide scarves. I do it in shifts though. Winding on the back beam is 1. Threading heddles and reed can be a few shifts. Tying in the front is next, then last is tying up treadles. I space it out, sometimes over days.

Yes. Only a meter means it's easier to fit in your home. I have to sell one of my looms because at 56" weaving width plus a flying shuttle, the loom is too big for my studio!
