Our students had the benefit this week of hearing from Thrinayani Ramakrishnan, Vice Chair of the Sustainability Board at the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.
Thrinayani delivered a talk on actuarial careers & the importance of sustainability, as part of our Statistics Insight seminar series.

Francesca will be working on the extension of her correlation-based analysis of international trade into a causal framework. Her main application areas include monitoring compliance with trade sanctions on Russia & assessing the impact of tariffs introduced by the US on trade flows.
