my take on most minecraft discourse is that if i worked on minecraft i would do nothing because minecraft players are the whiniest people ever

or i guess the reality is that it *shouldn’t* replace it but it has

paying a monthly fee for infinite music can never replace actually going out of your way to buy something specific from an artist

i know spotify is very evil and they could pay artists more than they are now but i think these streaming services are structured in a way that they inherently cannot make a living for anyone. you need to actually buy stuff from artists if you want to support them

you can’t even do the two jobs thing if you can’t find one that respects you have a fucking life outside of that job

im pretty sure this happened to me just cause i was a college student and they wanted people to be available 24/7. what a sick fucking joke most employers will only give you part time but still want you to be available all the time

and if you’re part time at least here which many people are because employers like part time workers because they have basically zero rights they can literally just stop putting you on the schedule they don’t even have to contact you

like if i ask for a break every day that i’m legally owed obviously i can’t be fired explicitly for that but my boss can keep a closer eye on me and look for literally any reason to let me go (not a problem im specifically dealing with now just an example)

I think living as a disabled person would be easier if more ppl understood that employers will use any opportunity they legally can to not hire or let go disabled people the second they either find out theyre disabled or ask for accomodations

“erm they can’t legally do that” then they will find literally any other reason no matter how petty, this is how it always happens

played mario 2 today that was way harder than any other mario game I’ve played including the first couple worlds I played of lost levels am i the only one that feels this way
