In my furious revulsion at what Trump said about Rob Reiner and his wife, Michele, I missed that it was Michele who took the flattering cover photo of Trump for his book, The Art of the Deal. Impossibly, this makes his reaction even worse.

Always my least favorite episode of the show.

A free and democratic society cannot silence comedians because the President doesn’t like what they say.

This is an attack on free speech and cannot be allowed to stand.

All elected officials need to speak up and push back on this undemocratic act.
