Anytime my lil sis goes for chemo in Grande, I cook for her. I’ve run out of ideas, so today it’s basmati rice with a channa & baigan stew and fried fish.
I hope that she has the appetite to enjoy it.

Today at the gym I saw this lean, tall girl doing stretches, then went on to use one of the machines that requires weights. She started with 10lbs on each side, and gradually built up to 50 on each side without breaking a sweat.
