That's very fair. We have SO MUCH work to do when he's finally gone, but if people are willing to put in the effort, there is hope.

My best friend is an active, licensed RN. My mother is a retired LPN with 45+ years experience. The understaffing of nurses is one of the many worst things that have happened in American medicine and I am always outraged. The staff is overworked and the patients suffer.
