Die #Gentechnik -Regeln in der EU werden im Kern nicht geändert. Es wird lediglich eine Ausnahme-Regel für Pflanzen geschaffen, die mit neuen Techniken gezüchtet wurden, aber äquivalent zu konventionellen sind. Für alle anderen gelten die alten Regeln.
Die Präsidentin der Universität Osnabrück, Prof. Dr. Susanne Menzel Riedl, wird zum 1. Oktober 2026 neue Rektorin der Universität Münster. Sie tritt damit die Nachfolge von Prof. Dr. Johannes Wessels an, der seit 2016 im Amt ist.
