# We're Fleurish, a new EU team (around LI alpha bracket level, LUTI divs suck) looking for a 4th player to join our roster. Our goals are relatively unique in comp spaces, the main ones being: ### To document our journey as a team Livestreaming all out sets, scrims, vod reviews, essentially everything we do as a team ### Showing how we overcome setbacks and manage failure Being open and honest about feelings, not hiding bad results, and most importantly showing how we use our loses and mistakes to learn and grow ### Showing underrepresented benefits of Competitive Splatoon Building friendships, personal growth, and having fun ### Build storylines and hype We want to push positive messages that enrich the community and showcase our evolution and growth, going from having never played together competitively to being a confident and strong group ## Requirements: - Goals align with what's mentioned above, willing to be on stream/stream if you can - EU timezone or can play at EU timezone - Wants to play frequently (twice a week min, ideally ~4) - Weapon preferences: pen/edit/tent but very willing to discuss any option
