A really interesting, fundamental conceit of all these AI enthusiasts is that the ideas they have are great and all they need is this magic box to execute them. As pedestrian as these people‘s brains are for anything except self aggrandizement, I kind of doubt that’s what’s holding them back.

Mac, & i have never found this setting, even after updating word & being told that it was there. it doesn't come up when i am searching for Copilot or on Preferences/settings window, so. . .I have 'manage connected experiences' setting turned off b/c that was the guidance, it hasn't worked

i subscribe to microsoft 365 on a yearly basis and the renewal is coming up and ugh i want to turn off the AI functions but everything i've found is organized around those with monthly subscriptions

and yes i have to have word, publisher requires it, so no 'oh just move to libre' please
