I have two months to mentally prepare myself for a wedding for a friend's wedding and it will probably just be another day in reality. I wish my brain do not stress out about social events.

I've been telling peeps how I mostly get DMs on twitter hence I'm still using that site, but realize my Bsky setting doesn't allow DMs lmaoo.

My previous one told me I lacked faith while the second one I just felt they didn't care(not their fault).

My recent meeting with the current one seemed nice because they are good in explaining why my brain works like this.

I hope I do not need to find a new one anymore.

I shared this on stream but I finally attempted therapy again after so many years.

So far experience is good and hopefully there is something positive coming out of this.
