I was disappointed to see the store page description put his name front and center while not mentioning any of the creators of the original games. This industry’s obsession with auteurs is not healthy.

Day 11: We came so close to only using one clue but we just needed that little nudge to make a leap in logic. This would be a fun little game to share with puzzly friends. 2 hints.

Day 10: I'm glad this was a wholly different kind of puzzle after yesterday's brain burner. I think we were helped by our past years' experience setting some expectations. (The only difficulty was that we thought we were missing a component for a few minutes.) 0 hints!

Along similar lines, one of my favorite social media personalities started reposting her TikToks on Facebook. Suddenly they're all asking her to speak more slowly. Maybe it's just a platform thing. 😂

The source of my anxiety about being late: Growing up being taken along to government assistance appointments by a very disorganized parent. I'd watch us be late for one reason or another. Then support would be cut off, which would send us back to square one in the bureaucratic queue.

The hell? Some folks never get beyond a middle school mindset.

Day 9: Lovely logic puzzle! Really a lot of joy playing with the components and deducing through the visual logic. Makes you feel smart! Fun to complete. 0 hints used.

Also a bit of a neighboring box was sticking out through a wall and I had enjoyed fiddling with it. 😂

Day 8: I'm VERY curious to hear from other folks how they handled this puzzle. It's a strong brain burner, but never felt out of reach. As in Day 6, we had made an incorrect assumption that overcomplicated the solution. .5 hint used. (We cover the hints with our hands reading one line at a time.)

Day 6: We knew what we had to do, but some visual clutter led us to overthink the solution. We thought the criteria was more strict than it ended up being. 2 hints used.

Day 7: Impressive magic trick. We were nervous about doing it right, but it worked out! 0 hints used.

Back when I did things for money in the beforetimes, if someone was being super nitpicky about something that made absolutely no difference to the piece, I'd change the filename and resend the same exact image.
