Do you uses Apple wallet with Lowe’s AMEX? When you use the physical Lowe’s Amex in-store, the terminal identifies the card for the 5% discount
When you use Apple Wallet, the card is tokenized and POS don’t recognize tokenized version. Charge goes thru but doesn’t apply the 5% discount.
