Another Dragon's Reign Character! This grouch is Zarius, Ashfin's brother and one of the antagonists. Saying he and Ashfin have a bad relationship would be... an understatement.
I imagine he's glowering at Ashfin who's "obnoxiously" marvelling at something, just off-screen.

Panel 2: Nix holds dante's arm up at a right angle to his body and mutters to themself "Ok... The humerus and scapula connect here and rotate from this point... and the ulna and the radius connect here" meanwhile, Dante is starting to look uneasy and is looking away. Panel 3: Dante starts looking sickly, and his face flushes slightly green as he looks like he's trying to hold back puke. Nix, shocked notices mid-sentence and says "And the rib...cage...? Whoa, you ok?" to which dante answers "Ye-yeah I'm Fi-fine. It's just... you keep talking about... bones and stuff, and I'm a bit... squeamish" Panel 4: Nix smiles as dante begins looking even greener around his snout and eyes. Nix says "Dante... you have a skull for a face." to which he replies "Yeah, that's different, that's outside! All those... scapulas and ulnas are inside with all the gross stuff.... Thinking about it makes me queezy...". "outside" and "inside" are both written in bold and italic font to make them stand out more and have more emphasis.

sometimes queasiness isn't always logical...

I'm pretty sure I've done at lease one Wings of Fire fan character every year for art fight and they always end up becoming some of my favourites I've done. it's becoming a tradition at this point 😂

Another Render showing some of the modifications. The whole chair is much longer with big, inflatable tires. The pushrims have been removed and the wheels have the more classic radial spokes. The breaks have also been removed

Another render showing one of the ways the wheelchair can be customised. The frame is now purple and the spoke cover has been removed, as have the radial style spokes underneath and the handles on the back. The spokes were replaces with a golden spiral "suspension wheel", the purple paint is chipped and there are protective pads on the front of the wheelchair frame. The seat is also angled upwards

Another variation of the chair, this time it's footplate has been raised, anti-tip wheels have been added, and the whole thing appears to be made out of wood.

The final variation of the chair, this time coloured shiny metallic gold with white tiers, silver radial spokes, and the frame has been warped into a more intricate shape

For disability pride, I made a customisable wheelchair model in Blender that can be adjusted to fit your character! It can be used with 3D characters (and is animateable) or as a reference when drawing in 2D.

A comic containing 4 panels featuring Nix, a purple anthropomorphic dragon in a wheelchair, and an anthropomorphic, greyish-brown bird woman. Panel 1: Nix and the woman are in a queue at the vets. Nix has their pet snake sitting in a container on their lap, while the woman is holding a small dog on a leash behind them. In front of them and slightly out of focus, at the front desk is an anthropomorphic koala speaking to the receptionist off-screen, who says "Thank you for bringing fluffy into the vet today. that'll be $500 please". While that exchange is happening, the woman appraches nix and puts her wing on their shoulder as she asks "Excuse me dear, but I just have to ask, what happened to you legs?" Panel 2: Shows a close-up of Nix and the woman. Nix smiles and says "Oh, I got meningococcal, but it happened when I was a baby so it's not..." and the woman pulls a sceptical face. Panel 3: The woman closes her eyes and says "Darling, I'm so sorry you have to find this out this way but... meningococcal is just something the government made up to scare people into getting vaccinated. it never existed..." Nix looks at them confused and tries to say "uhhhh, I don't think..." but they are cut off before they can finish their sentence. Panel 4: The woman continues as Nix looks at her in stunned silence, "I know it's shocking, but it's true. You probably just had the flu and they mutilated you so you could serve as a pawn to spread fear and scare people into poisoning themselves with vaccines. You poor dear, I'm so sorry..."

People like this is why I don't like answering this question anymore lol.
