The little opening montage we have opens with Cai (and Theodora immediately follows him) and the ending one ends with Theodora (and again with that one Cai opens it)

Minor spelling mistakes 😭

I like that even though she’s fully in control of herself, that part of her is still very much…her. And of course I love that her eyes are purple. A mix of red and blue :)

Velye is different, with her hair being mostly white, with streaks of black throughout. Showing that though she is for the most part, morally upstanding, there’s a small part of her that’s compromised, that being her “evil” half.

What I like about these two is that Alear has both red and blue, with it just being split down the middle of her head, showing that she accepts who she is as a whole, both her personal banes and her boons

Now red and blue usually represent morality but in a less extreme or concrete sense. Red and blue representing more flaws and boons respectively. With B&W being more a case of a persons morals/innate identity.

Honestly makes me sad how hated these designs are because talent and Veyle play off of each other so well. Black & white and red & blue usually equate to like visual representation of ideals and or morality. White and Blue being good and black and red being bad. (1/?)
