My local news posted 4 of the soldiers lost in Port Shuaiba, Kuwait, on March 1st. They were assigned to the 103rd Sustainment Command, Des Moines, Iowa.

I deleted the app about 4:00 and reinstalled hoping it would help.
It seems better, but I think it may just be that the BS servers are finally catching up.
