Yesterday we were at the Knighton Community Market talking to the community and local green party members. We had our new T-shirts and mugs too!

Five observations following from this experience:

1. There's so much at stake. I saw more Green than Reform signs up around Gorton & Denton, but the undecided voters I met reminded me that this is no sure thing. This by-election feels like a weathervane for the country as a whole.

Our Green Party t-shirts and mugs have arrived for our stall at Knighton Market this Saturday. Getting out our message of Hope in local communities. Gorton and Denton this week - next stop May’s Senedd elections!

The greens work together. No massive donations from big businesses and elites, just hard work, on the ground and working together. (And having fun too).
These were the 54000 envelopes arriving at Gorton & Denton HQ before all being hand addressed in the evening by 300 of us. 💚

Field trip up to Gorton & Denton. I think we can really do this. Loads of possitive responses on the doorsteps today, but still more work to do.
