This year was hard. I spent most of it entirely reworking and rebuilding myself after one of the most intense depressive episodes of my life. I had to find myself as an artist and a person again and I’m proud of what I accomplished

There is just no metric (stylistically/aesthetically/mathematically/vibes) by which the same group of 10-20 mostly-white-guys, or the next crop of the same behind them, are the best/all that the comics medium has to offer.
