It's common sense

One of the worst things about getting old is people who weren't alive/cognizant for events you lived through telling you what "really" happened.

Last night I watched two different Youtube videos that were objectively wrong - which I knew because I had been present at the events in question - and it really highlights the old saying: The more I read online about things I'm an expert in, the less I trust anything I read on the internet at all.
