I didn't. That's the entire issue - the payment processor was PayPal. Something went wrong on their half but they won't fix it and keep telling me I have to contact PayPal.

PayPal has confirmed to me in text that the hotel did not refund the transaction. They then stopped replying to my messages.

Im so sad that I'm missing this year bc I would have loved to chat with you irl for once! 😭 really hoping I can make it the next time you're there!
