Coral is laying down with electrolysis (hair removal) probes, which look like cables, stuck in her balls as a prerequisite for bottom surgery. The technician is observing her work.

The electrolysis technician asks “Does this sound okay so far?” to which Coral says “Yeah, it doesn’t feel too painful right now.”

Coral sits up, confused, thinking “Wait, why did she say ‘Sound’?”

Cut back to the original scene: the technician has headphones on and is looking at a DAW on her laptop, hooked up to the analog-synth-ass electrolysis machines, which are hooked up to Coral’s balls like those videos where people use mushrooms to make noises with patch cables. Coral is surrounded by a crowd of people standing around like at a show, remarking on the quality of the music. She says, disturbed, “Oh my god. You’re making generative ambient with my balls.” The technician simply says “Maybe.” Someone in the background says it sounds like shit.
