Is this a thing I should probably talk about with a therapist? Yeah totally.
Is this something I could also fix in a dozen different ways that involves actually learning things about art? Yeah totally.
Just feels good to complain for about it a bit I guess.
Whenever I actually try to make something with meaning, it always feels rushed or forced to me. Which kinda makes sense honestly.
I’m a really closed off person and tend to not be that expressive, so duh it’s hard to put my thoughts on paper. Knowing that doesn’t make it any less frustrating though.
Sorry for this being a little out of place, but I’ve been a little frustrated with how bland and emotionless a lot of my pieces of art feel.
For some reason I’m frightened by the idea that my pieces could evoke or portray actual emotion???? Which really sucks for what I want to accomplish.
