Lawyers on the client-side of professional services agreements need to do a much better job understanding, drafting and negotiating indemnity provisions. Pretty tired of explaining that our design/dev agency clients are not, in fact, their insurers.

I’ve read that’s a good idea. The biggest impacts for me now seem to be alcohol and when/what I eat. Not drinking and eating more moderate (and early) dinner almost always will lead to good sleep. Intuitive, I suppose.

That’s really interesting, and makes sense. I generally don’t have issues with sleep. When I fall into a phase where I am, it helps me to take the tracker off. Otherwise, I fixate on the bad metrics and get more anxious.
