i honestly don't entirely know how the color ramps work, so you're unfortunately on your own with that

in the uv editing tab, it should be pretty straightforward, with Image>Save As... and this little widget (click the far right bit to look at the textures)

do keep in mind, though, the textures don't have color; instead that is controlled by color ramps in the materials

might do more at some point, depends on how i feel
