UConn professors are guaranteed ZERO WEEKS of PAID FAMILY LEAVE (meaning maternity, paternity & adoptive child leave).

Over 6 months ago, the union gave UConn their proposal that professors should get 16 weeks paid family leave.

There has been literally no response to date from UConn.
