It's nice to see an interest in safety cases in healthcare. I think it is best to focus on the mindset that underpins safety cases - they challenge us to think critically and differently abuot safety. We should not consider safety cases simply as reports or safety management tools.

Interesting two days at IMO in London attending the International Maritime Human Factors Symposium. Lots of focus on seafarer mental health and wellbeing, which was great to learn more about. When it comes to learning from accidents, I think NHS England's PSIRF could serve as inspiration.
