I love this! I started doing a lot of this last year, getting up at 5:30 working out 5 days a week, eating better, getting dressed and wearing makeup even if I wasn’t going out. My results… I lost 50 pounds and feel so much better (I’m 59 ☺️). I’m going to include spa day and journaling this year.
