Building diversity in your organization doesn't stop at the hiring process. It's about fostering those individuals and providing opportunities to succeed over the long term. It's not just for their benefit, but for the organization as well.

If you are pitching your product and ask your potential customer if they have questions, do not cut them off while they are answering. Ever.

By cutting them off, you just told them that what you have to say is more important than the answer you asked of them.
