went home this noon, can't take school rn im worrying too hard

in a previous post i mentioned that i am not ready for the loss of a grandparent. i stand by that. however, i am ready for him to be released of everything he's going through. i won't be okay with it, but i want him to be. and i know he'd be furious if we drag him on for much longer.

hey so just as a heads up: he isn't dead yet and there was a tiny sliver of hope today since he's back to taking pxygen a bit better on his own. i do however not think he is going to make it. call me a pessimist all you want but i genuinely don't see a better cure for him except for death.

Life goes really fast. It is crazy. Please, please, please love as much as you can and quadruple that. It is SO unbelievably important. Enjoy every moment, day, week, month, year, ... however much you can. You never know when it's getting taken away from you. Please love forever and always.

I am not religious, but damn do I wish I was. I wish I had the same level of comfort in death as many religions do. I wish I could believe in an answer. I know he is religious. And I hope he can follow his religion into death. I hope he can find the comfort that I don't have.
