The words are covered up by their bodies, but it says "Oh no! I wasn't like sitting outside waiting on you or anything. I was in the area anyway so I just figured I'd stop by here real quick and see if I could catch you on the way out." It's directly referenced from Entry 53 where Jay was sitting outside the doctor's office where Tim was inside having his appointment and came out to find Jay still there. Panel 2 and 3 are of Tim taking a drag from his cigarette and looking amused. He begins to speak which is continued in the fourth and final panel that shows Jay blushing nervously, averting his eyes, and hiding behind his camcorder. Tim says "Gotta say... This is the weirdest way I've ever been flirted with." To which Jay responds, "Wh—What!?"
