On January 21, Ledger cofounder David Balland and his wife were forced at gunpoint into separate vehicles outside their home in MΓ©reau, France. After the grisly kidnapping, which cost Balland a finger, crypto figures have turned to bodyguard services, which have fielded a steep influx of requests.
