https://github.com/iProgramMC/qemu-ios, my fork of https://github.com/devos50/qemu-ios, with an mmap based (well, CreateFileMapping/MapViewOfFile) nand implementation instead of the old dog slow one. Today there is no settings app.

So I wanted to make the NAND implementation in the iPod Touch QEMU fork using mmap, and it seems to work, until you realize, there is no Settings app! (but sometimes it does show up and I can't explain it)
