Another #sourdough bread filled with jalapenos and cheddar that I baked this morning. I also received my Etsy order yesterday. I bought 70 gr of sourdough starter from Zwitserland. I fed it yesterday and this morning. I call the starter Heidi. She is doing very good!

Sourdough loaf
200g sour dough starter
60% hydration
400g strong bread flour
150g lukewarm water
Tsp salt
2 tsp Greek olive oil
Mix
Rise in a tub for about 4-6 hours
No kneed needed, bake from as is, try not to knock out too much air bubbles.
210Β° 30 min then check - you want a nice browning
