... as the sole knowledgable tech left about the US clients, the 45 hour+ work weeks, the stress, the depression, the anxiety, sleepless nights, losing motivation for simple things, losing taste for foods, distancing from friends/activities.... I could keep going on...

... expect and pay for, they're so deeply unable to support the services they offer, 16 months without hiring adequate replacements, those hired are students/no IT background, removing critical tools away from me, demanding time be tracked in 4 separate systems, having no idea what to do with me...

I'm finding it really, really difficult not to walk off this job this week.
