this is part of why I love your writing so much: not only do you depict how Ed melts for Stede but how Stede is SO weak for Ed. It’s so insanely good to think about Stede, who struggles with feeling like he deserves good things, absolutely gluttonous and addicted to how good Ed feels/makes him feel

specifically, this is the line that killed me: “Feel so good,” Stede slurred against his ear, “don’t wanna stop.”
