Saw a screening of a few of David Lynch’s short films. I miss seeing art made viscerally, cheaply, and for a small messy audience. It actually makes the world feel bigger and more interesting. Mass appeal shrinks it all down.
Shit inspired me. Glad I saw it.
To keep myself from losing it over the Daily Horrors I make lists of every little thing I need or want to do. The purpose isn’t to complete it, but to feel a sense of forward momentum instead of paralyzation.
