It's taken a long time for me to correctly define what "best effort" truly is. Best effort does not mean 100% exertion every waking minute. Instead it's your most consistent,*sustainable* effort. Allow yourself rest, breaks, mistakes, and setbacks, then keep walking forward. That's a best effort.
