Going away and spending time with friends for a few days was very needed for my mental health. Been home for a little over 12 hours and already feeling depressed/stressed/uncomfortably anxious yet again. Thank goodness I’m off today too for a doctor’s appointment.

Not sure if I should continue with the new therapist I was placed with who told me she doesn’t follow the news so she was confused why I’m so horribly anxious and why I’m so stressed at work. 😵‍💫

Sometimes I think about looking for a job that’s not civil service then I quickly remember why that would be a really stupid idea, for many reasons. My health insurance was $100/paycheck for just me in the corporate world, come on now 🫠

Writing my own self evaluation at work is extremely stressful but stopping to look at my phone and see the Rilo Kiley news helped a lot.
