It illustrates the critical balance (Yin-Yang) of EZH2 activity in directing H3K27me in Weaver and growth-restriction syndromes. The resulting opposing impacts on EZH2 coincide with reciprocal impacts on transcription and chromatin organisation. This ultimately blends into chromatin/DNA 'Weave'. ☯️
