So sorry to hear that. My son has Ménière’s disease. He lays off sodium when vertigo flares up, and that seems to help. Get some rest and hope you feel better!

Will do🥰. I read up a bit on why I should go to the trouble of milling my own grain. Not sure if I’ll save money, but the health benefits convinced me. I can shop local farms, so can’t beat that!
