Oblong patches in navy blue and gold , designed to look like the livery for the "Starpeet Away Team", a furry parody of Starfleet from Star Trek. The normal Starfleet insignia has been altered to look like a paw (or "peets" as furries call them) and it's on a circular progress flag, aka "that one fancy pride flag with the trans and poc stripes included".
