Annoyingly I placed the order 9 days ago (today was the earliest delivery slot). So I’ve just got to reject the delivery, wait for a refund, order again, wait another week and a bit. You just know John Lewis would’ve handled this sooo much better.

Mild customer service rant: Ordered a new washing machine from Currys. It's being delivered today. Since I ordered it last week it's dropped £200… but they can't refund the difference. So I have to reject the delivery, then re-order it. Seems a bit inefficient and mad?

I think that's fairly standard new-car depreciation to be fair - and EVs depreciate faster than ICE cars in the first year (after which the depreciation rates sort of equal out)
