When I was young the difference between Nirvana & say Creed was that Nirvana ruled & Creed sucked. But it goes much deeper than that. Nirvana was aggressive but w/ an unwieldy, imperfect beauty. Creed is content, satisfied, seeking nothing. This battle within grunge was progressivism vs conservatism

One of the things the Sex Pistols really knew how to do is START a song. Every song has an intro part, sometimes a variation on a part that appears later in the song, but often something unique to the intro.

It's really good. The songs are 100% solid. The guitar sound is truly great. No other band really sounds like them.

Started watching the show Untamed and realized it's another show that takes most of its premise from Twin Peaks. A girl's body is found, she was involved in drug running, had a secret boyfriend, small town cops team up w strange FBI agent, quirky locals, mysterious symbols at scene of crime...
