On a quieter weekend for ICE in Minneapolis and St Paul, many organizers spent the weekend gathering in person, assessing our response, and figuring out next steps.
We’ve built a new world together, and we’re not going to go back to the way things were.

If months of brutality in the Twin Cities served to accustom us to a higher level of daily state violence, ICE will have won, even if they are withdrawing.
But if the networks that formed to resist ICE go on fighting until ICE is abolished—and that happens everywhere around the country—we will win.
The administration is relocating ICE agents to other parts of the country to see if they can achieve better results with the same tactics there.
