12 year old DoJayMi/Jason, as well as the Mario Bros., listens intently to one of Rosalina's story time sessions with her lumas. Clutched in his arms is one of his younger sisters, who was born during the year of Super Mario Galaxy!

So one thing I noticed while sharing the last comic was how tiny the text was, so tonight's a bit larger and more readable for everybody.

Saying right now: @jespovoices.bsky.social did an amazing job as Bowser during the final fight!! (And @snowsiedark.bsky.social 's Peach bruh meme is great. 🤣)

With a lot of Green Star/Cosmic Jewel shenanigans and the overall content of Galaxy 2, I am not surprised that this ended up being the game I played the most! Second to that is me playing through the e-Reader levels of Super Mario Advance 4 (as well as some speedruns of the game) and the entirety of Super Mario Advance 1! I’m half surprised and not surprised that going through Case 1-5 of Ace Attorney ended up taking 30+ hours. Such a beefy case… 😅

This year, I completed Kirby’s Return to Dream Land Deluxe, beating Magolor’s Epilogue, Extra Mode and both of the Arenas. This is my all-time favorite Kirby game, without any doubt - the original was already good, but the remake upped it!

Believe it or not, this is my first time really playing Super Mario Galaxy - I saw friends play the game since it first came out on Wii, but I never had the opportunity to play it until 2025 through 3D All-Stars. I got to beat both this and its sequel, and a while both games have their strengths, I honestly prefer the adventure/narrative in Galaxy 1 over 2. It’s one of the few games in which I’ve completed the game 100% and wouldn’t mind going through it again!

Well looking through #NintendoSwitch2025 ‘s review, I had to pick which one was my favorite. It was TOUGH. 😰

(With Super Mario Galaxy, most of the time was spent on the 3D All-Stars version)

Hopefully they go back to unique-looking Toads after the release of the remakes of Super Mario RPG and Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door.

Toadsworth is eagerly pointing his cane at Mario, cheerfully announcing: "Ho hoh! I say, Master Mario! My tutorial touting tonsils are tingling to teach you this tidbit!" Mario, with a sense of great dread at the prospect of a 10+ minute extension of his adventure from Toadsworth's totally necessary tutorial, mutters under his breath a resigned: "Ohhh nooo..."

This was on my brain while I was cooking dinner last night. 🤣

Let it be known that I actually find Toadsworth endearing, even if his role is either caretaker at wits end or tutorial spouting old shroom. #Mario #MarioFanart

I remember using the one in MODERN! Super Mario Bros Wii while in Ludwig’s castle just to see what happens. Little did I realize that it prevented me from getting a perfect file, so I avoided them like the plague.

It’s still nifty that Nintendo had that option for those who struggle with the level.

A very cheery Luigi says "I love you, King Boo! You're my bestest friend ever!", to which a very unamused King Boo replies "I've tried to kill you, multiple times!" Luigi responds with "You're still my bestest friend ever, heheh~"

A very bitter Luigi tells Cappy to "kill yourself," to which the befuddled spirit responds with "Dude, I was just standing here, what the heck?!" A smaller bit of text next to him also reads "Also I'm a ghost so I'm already dead technically I think?"
