I'm excited. I have a lot of new designs to post. Just need to get the final touches done.
Posting a new custom design too for folks. :3

The ginger monkey, dressed in blue, sits contently. His hands busily sewing away at a monkey shaped plush toy upon his lap. Bits and bons lay scattered near his feet while he works. --------- Since our current table events are small and relatively local (at this time), we're opening up limited time ordering on our convention exclusive plushies! These will still be 'made to order'/preorder so please note lead times accordingly!

A small orange monkey draped in blue robes. His fur is saturated with deep amber hues, fading into dark chocolate upon his limbs and spiraling to the top of his tail. Contrasted with the plume of cream colored fur that fluffs his cheeks and ruffles his neck.

A little ginger monkey in all his tiny glory. He now feels like the short king he is.

Precisely! He's only supposed to be around 3 and a half ft tall on his tippy toes.

I find the new design helps with emphasizing his short stature. Some of his older drawings made him feel too tall.

Base sketch, front and back profile of the Ginger monkey. His pose and overall anatomy has been adjusted to be more simian in nature. Old concepts felt too human with an animal head for my liking. His facemask is a brown gray that covers the top of his nose and goes over the backs of his ears. His coloring(though not pictured here) will remain about the same with amber hues and deep chocolate spirals that are near black except in the sun. The swirls themselves lore wise represent the yaoguai nature that has twisted his soul and changed him from a mere animal into something more. He still has brown scillera with bright gold irises. Occasionally sporting teal eye liner if he's in the mood.

A better look at Ginger's outfit. Color wise its still a blue grey with lighter trim and yellow sash. Though now refined a bit better than a haphazard fold of fabric. He also sports some gear, including a gourd, coin purse, waist satchel and cherry wood prayer beads. The sleeves are 3/4 length, stopping halfway down his forearms rather than at his wrists. He will occasionally tie them up when foraging, working, or if the weather is just too hot.

And omg, you have no idea. There are soooo many measurements I need on hand! I can't remember them all, so writing them down is a must!

Most of the costume elements involved with these plushies require tedious planning out and hand stitching to get the desired look and fit. Figuring out how to get all the armor pieces onto the body was an initial challenge. Though due to its complexity, it is not a removable outfit. There are 13 embroidered pieces on this plush from a total of six different files. Some of which have to be give a second pass. Some minky fabrics don't cooperate well with smaller files and otherwise vanish in the material, or look incomplete. Its a LOT of work. But the end result is worth it!

I don't have Tiktok, but I'll look into it. I'm hoping to get a table cloth, or at least a runner with the logo on it to start. A friend did gift me her tradeshow booth frame, but it might be a bit much if my inventory is small

Its my first time going to one, let alone participating as a vendor, so it will be a very new experience for me. I fear my table will be very under dressed. But hopefully it will grow as I learn and improve.

They are for the convention, correct. I'm hoping to have a decent batch. Any that don't sell there I will be putting online. I do intend to list them on etsy as well after the event, though he's a challenging one.

A gaggle of Black Myth Wukong plushies in development upon my scratched up sewing table. They will each be receiving their own armor set with finalized embroidery designs. The one on the far left is the design prototype. I hold onto prototypes as a layout design and reference for new plushjes based on the initial design. DestinedOne prototype is there for shits and giggles. But I hope to have a few updated versions of him for the upcoming spring table event.

They're preparing to become Wukongs. Though I think one of them isn't paying attention...

It has its own challenges. Learning to shave/shape it, and the fur getting stuck in the seams is really the worst of it. That and I'm fussy about the density/ not seeing the mesh underneath. Finding sources has been its own challenge.
Howl and Big Z are viable. Where do you source if I may ask?
