I used him as well, might not have had a lot of screentime in the game, but at least I gave him great uses during the battles.

Matadrmon, Butenmon, Crescemon, and Metal Greymon were also used a lot. Some of them I didn't expect to use as much as I did, like Vamdemon and Duramon, but I was really surprised by how much they helped me when I needed.

I already commented a lot about Ultimates that I used while playing Digimon Story Time Stranger, so sharing a few of the Perfects as well. I used Vamdemon, Mistymon, Cerberumon, and Duramon a lot. I really didn't think of using Vamdemon , but he was stronger than I expected.

I already spoke too much about Lucemon, so the second Demon Lord Digimon that I used the most in Time Stranger was actually Demon. It was funny to see he was rideable. I know it was another Demon Lord that many actually wanted to ride.

Just like I used Dianamon to fight Apollomon, I used Apollomon to fight Dianamon, but the fact it's a Vaccine Fire against a Data Ice can make things difficult even using Character Reversal, so wasn't as effective as I wanted. Instead who stole the spotlight was Gaioumon.

Among the Olympos XII Digimon, Venusmon was the one I used the most since she was my only dedicated healer, after her I really liked using Dianamon since I used her to fight Apollomon. The others I didn't use as much, but the next in the line would be Neptunemon and Marsmon.

Yes, my last topic in my following text will be a full breakdown of that monologue and why it resonated so much with my work.

I also like the way it ends with Alphamon/Kyoko, which also carries off the themes of the game, but I think that Suedo's monologue just went a step above, and when I need to refer to "this is my view of Digimon", I always go back to that scene.

It's something I said a few times before, but the ending of Cyber Sleuth, taking as a conclusion to the themes of the game, became the representation of how I approach Digimon. It's no joke in saying that without this last Suedo monologue, I likely wouldn't be who I am today.

Besides complaints, they thought that by reducing the exposition, they would leave space in the story for fans to imagine their own interpretation of the events, instead of being told by Kyoko and Suedo. Personally, I wonder how many players actually engaged with it.

That is part of the reason, but even outside the origin story aspect, there were many character elements that were completely different and I wonder if it caused more confusion due to how different it's in TS. The same goes for other concepts.

I'm just finishing my Q&A for my "review" with the last two questions I decided to add (Won't share the image because they are heavy spoilers), and after it, I'll finally write my conceptual deep dive. I want to be very clear this time in hopes of not creating confusion.

I just hope that I didn't cause any major confusion for anyone playing Time Stranger who ended up reading either this text or my countdown series. Maybe I should have done it years ago when I was first suggested the theme instead of only doing it before this game was released.

Looking back at some posts I made before Time Stranger released, in hindsight, I feel like they didn't actually help as much as I wanted them to. It's a confusing feeling, but I think that maybe I should have done them in a different context.

There's something about how things are explained in Cyber Sleuth that I really wanted to see in Time Stranger, but sadly wasn't the case. I'll explain more my preferences in my "review", even though I know they are quite uncommon.

Similarly, my favorite human characters in Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth were Suedo and Kyoko (That is, as much as we can call Kyoko human). Reading everything they said was really fun to me, but I understand it was mostly disliked, a reason why it decreased in Hacker's Memory.

After them, Asuna was by far the most likable human character in the game that actually played an active role. I think that if she had more appearances in side cases like Hiroko I could have enjoyed her more, but Hiroko was just much more active and I had more fun with her.

Out of the human characters from Digimon Story Time Stranger, Dr. Simmons was the classic type of character I enjoy. A scientist who likes way too much what she researches and speaks a lot about it. But Hiroko was the one whom I really loved on her own, by far my favorite.

Something funny with Omegamon is that every time they try to portray him as a "warrior of justice/goodness itself", I remember his portrayal in the Digimon Chronicle storyline and related materials like X-Evolution and Decode. Especially this exchange with Dukemon X in Decode.

And this isn't even considering that while there are some parts I didn't like, there were also many others that I did, but how much I put importance in certain aspects depends on the view I'm trying to apply. So my "Time Stranger review" will explain a bit about that.

It's something I have said many times before, but what I often look for in Digimon content and how I engage with it isn't something I find in common with most people, so while I can share about what I enjoyed and what I didn't, I don't think it'll resonate with most people.

I really hoped that the TS Cards would be the opportunity to see High-Res version of a lot of Digimon's official artwork, but sadly although it's high-res, it seems a lot of them are cut to fit the card frame already in the file, so many are incomplete...
