Another make from last year. This is a #1940s twin-set from a Monarch magazine. I knitted the stripy tee by hand & then the cardigan was something I wanted to try out on my #vintage #knittax knitting machine. It was a bit more complicated than expected but fun ☺️

Hahaha yes I would much rather knit this up into a cardigan and cut it open than undo 10 days worth of work. I find it fun to come up with different challenges to fix things rather than just rip out and reknit 😆

I accidentally made my #vintage jumper 4" too big bc I was off by 1/2 a stitch 🫣 obviously my gauge changed since the last time I used Rauma wool!
I'm now planning on how to rescue it & it may involve scissors ✂️
I think I'll turn it into a cardigan instead seeing as I'll be cutting it up the middle
